Business Computers, Equipment & Commercial Software
Get the right equipment, with accounts, software and settings prepared at the same time.
From laptops, desktop computers, workstations, servers, NAS, UPS, monitors and peripherals to Microsoft 365, backup and other commercial software, AlphGa can define specifications based on users, applications, the existing environment and budget, and clearly state the scope of procurement, configuration, deployment and handover in the quotation.
Beyond the specification sheet, there is also a deployment path
Buying the right equipment also means making sure it fits your existing way of working.
The same budget can produce many different configurations, but a configuration is only suitable when it matches actual work, peripherals, management requirements and software licensing. During bulk replacement projects, the following issues are especially likely to appear only after the equipment arrives.
Specifications chosen on price alone
Processor, memory or storage selected without checking key applications and the expected service life.
Connectivity and peripherals are incompatible
Laptop ports, docking stations, monitor resolution or charging power are incompatible.
Software not tested in advance
Windows/macOS, drivers, VPN, printing or legacy applications have not been tested beforehand.
Licensing and renewals are unclear
Users, devices, versions and renewal methods for Microsoft 365 or other commercial software do not match the actual requirements.
Delivery does not mean ready for work
Accounts, applications, data, asset labels and old-device handover are not scheduled, and important data is not managed consistently.
AlphGa can break products, software and deployment work into a checklist, so customers know whether a quotation covers “supply only” or “configured and delivered to users”.
Product & Software Scope
From individual work devices to shared equipment that supports the team.
Computers & Workstations
Business laptops, desktop computers and workstations configured for specific applications; selection considers processor, memory, storage, graphics processing, mobility, warranty and the expected lifecycle.
Servers, NAS, Storage & UPS
Compute, storage, network and power protection are assessed based on users, data, applications, backup and available space. Where network architecture or migration is involved, the work is coordinated with the network infrastructure project.
Monitors, Docking Stations & Peripherals
Including monitors, docks, keyboards and mice, video conferencing, printing, scanning and other office peripherals; connection methods, drivers, operating systems and actual desk configurations need to be checked.
Network Equipment
Switches, wireless access points, firewalls, rack-related equipment and accessories can be supplied according to an approved network design. If topology and capacity have not yet been designed, a network infrastructure assessment should be completed first.
Productivity, Collaboration & Backup Software
We can help define versions, users, devices, subscriptions, administrative accounts and renewal requirements for Microsoft 365, office, collaboration, backup, security and other commercial software. Whether configuration or migration is included must be stated separately in the quotation.
Select by user role first, then compare models
Different roles in the same company do not necessarily need the same configuration.
General Office Work
Check: Browser, Microsoft 365, meetings, printing, file volume
Focus: Stability, memory, storage, warranty, monitors and peripherals
Mobile or Hybrid Work
Check: Time away from the office, VPN, video meetings, battery and weight
Focus: Portability, battery life, ports, dock, camera and warranty options
Design, Engineering or Computing
Check: Specific applications, file sizes, GPU, memory and output devices
Focus: Application certification, processor/GPU, memory, storage and cooling
Reception, Shared or Fixed-Purpose Use
Check: Usage hours, shared-account restrictions, peripherals and space
Focus: Size, durability, permissions, fast replacement and device mounting
Servers or Shared Storage
Check: Users, applications, capacity, backup, network and recovery requirements
Focus: Scalability, disks/RAID, network, warranty, backup and management
This is a questioning framework, not a fixed package. Actual configurations should be adjusted according to software requirements, company policy, product availability and budget.
From List to User Delivery
Every quotation item corresponds to a delivery responsibility.
STEP 01
Define Requirements & Existing Environment
Collect user roles, key applications, existing devices, peripherals, management methods, quantities, budget, delivery locations and timing requirements.
STEP 02
Compare Specifications & Quotations
List recommended models, key specifications, warranty, software licensing, options, availability, quotation validity and alternatives.
STEP 03
Procurement, Receiving & Basic Checks
Order and receive items after approval. Asset labels, serial-number lists, hardware upgrades or basic image configuration are included only as stated in the quotation.
STEP 04
Accounts, Applications & Data Work
Depending on scope, we can create or sign in to accounts, install licensed software, apply settings and migrate specified data.
STEP 05
Delivery, Acceptance & Records
Verify login, network access, key applications and peripherals, and hand over serial numbers, warranty details, licensing, administrative access or a list of outstanding items.
Software Licensing
Versions, users, devices, subscriptions and administrative accounts must all align.
Software procurement is more than a product key. Quotations and handovers should confirm the actual product: whether the licence belongs to the company or an individual, whether it is licensed by user or device, which systems it can be installed on, which administrative account owns it, who receives renewal notices, and how licences are reclaimed when user accounts are deactivated.
AlphGa only supplies or configures software under legitimate licensing and customer-approved management methods. We do not provide methods for unauthorized installation.
From Warranty to the Next Replacement
After delivery, it should still be clear who follows up on warranty, renewals and replacement.
- Purchase and delivery dates, model, serial number, user or location
- Manufacturer warranty term, service method and expiry date
- Software subscription, security service or backup renewal
- Battery, storage, memory or other upgradeable components
- Spare devices and replacement arrangements for critical roles
- Responsibility for data wiping, transfer, recycling or disposal of old devices
For faulty equipment, repair or replacement can be compared based on the fault, warranty, parts availability, data risk and device age.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common Questions About Selection & Bulk Delivery
Can we specify a brand or model?
Please list any required brand, model or essential specification. AlphGa will quote based on authorized channels, availability, compatibility and product lifecycle. If a specified model is out of stock or nearing end of life, compliant alternatives will also be listed.
Can company computers be replaced in batches?
Phased replacement can be organized by department, user role, location or device age. Each batch will list users, accounts, applications, specified data, delivery timing and old-device handling, rather than distributing devices simply in order of arrival.
Can equipment be delivered to multiple offices and handed over by user?
For multiple office locations, the quotation will separately list equipment quantities, delivery windows, recipients, configuration and data work for each site. Building access or lift restrictions will also be included in delivery planning.
Need to procure or replace equipment?
Provide the equipment type, quantity, purpose and budget, and we will help define specifications and prepare a quotation.
